In Jammu & Kashmir, electioneering in four of the six Lok Sabha seats, for which notification has been issued, is on in full swing.
Our correspondent reports that battlelines are almost drawn in three of these constituencies with two union ministers and also former chief ministers Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Ghulam Nabi Azad and Peoples Democratic Party President Mehmooba Mufti in the fray.
These constituencies are Srinagar, Udhampur and Anatnag where hectic campaigning is on and dozens of rallies and road shows are being held daily.
48 complaints regarding violation of moral code of conduct have been registered in the state so far.
