The Lok Sabha today felicitated the Indian Contingent at the 20thCommonwealth Games at Glasgow, Scotland. Making a reference in theHouse, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said the Indian contingent has done thenation proud by winning 15 gold, 30 silver and 19 bronze medals.Amidst thumping of desks by members, she said the sterling performanceof the Indian contingent will be a source of encouragement andmotivation to all the budding sportspersons to bring glory to thecountry in future.
