The Lok Sabha has taken up the Lokpal and Lokayukta Amendment Bill, 2014 for discussion post lunch session. The House witnessed unruly scenes with members from TMC, Congress and CPI(M) raising several issues including religious conversions and black money.

The House had to be adjourned twice for brief spells. As soon as the House met after lunch, members trooped into the well and started shouting slogans. Meanwhile, the Chair allowed members to raise matters of public importance which continued for some time amidst the din.
