The Lok Sabha stands adjourned till 12 noon. As soon as the House met after its first adjournment at 11.30 a.m., the Opposition members again disrupted the proceedings demanding restoration of the earlier pattern of UPSC examinations in which the regional languages had due importance.

They kept raising slogans against the primacy of English in its new examination system. Amidst the continuing disorder, the Chair adjourned the House till noon.
