The Lok Sabha has been adjourned till 12 noon. As soon as the House met for the day, the Speaker took up the question hour. But soon thereafter one BSP member waved a black flag in protest against the happenings in Ayodhya on this day in 1992. He was joined by an MIM member. The BJP members strongly protested their action and surged into the well. Amidst shouts and counter-shouts, Speaker Meira Kumar adjourned the House till noon.
