Both the Houses of Parliament have been adjourned again. The Lok Sabha was adjourned till 2 pm and Rajya Sabha till 12.30pm as the BJP-led opposition stalled the proceedings in support of their demand for resignation of Prime Minister on alleged irregularities in allocation of coal blocks.

Both the Houses were adjourned till noon.

Earlier, as soon as the Lok Sabha assembled BJP members supported by AIADMK and TDP members rushed into the well shouting slogans. Speaker Mrs Meira Kumar adjourned the House as the din continued.

The Rajya Sabha also witnessed uproar on the same issue. Chairman Mohammed Hamid Ansari's repeated appeals to the members to maintain calm went unheeded. Later, the Chairman met the leaders of political parties and groups in his chamber.
