Parliament has been adjourned on the IPL franchise controversy after uproar in both the Houses. <br/><br/>The Lok Sabha has been adjourned till 2 pm and the Rajya Sabha for the day. <br/><br/>When the House met at 12 after being adjourned, the Minister of State for External Affairs Mr.Shashi Tharoor stood up to make a statement. <br/><br/>Amid uproar, the statement was laid on the table of the House. <br/><br/>Angry opposition members trooped into the well of the House seeking the removal of Tharoor from the Council of Ministers. <br/><br/>The Speaker had to adjourn the House. <br/> <br/>In the Rajya Sabha, the scene was no different. <br/><br/>The members of Opposition continued to raise slogans against the Minister Shashi Tharoor even as papers were being laid. <br/>
