The Lok Sabha was adjourned till 12.30 pm on the issue of creating a separate Telangana state. After the first adjournment, when the House met, the pro Telangana MPs raised slogans. The BJP wanted to raise the CVC issue. Amidst the padenominium, several papers were laid on the table. Amidst the din, the Speaker adjourned the House till 12.30.
