The Lok Sabha was adjourned for the day today over the opposition demand for roll back in the hike of petrol and diesel price. Earlier, the House was adjourned twice till 2.00 p.m. over the same issue with the Members from the Left parties and Trinamool Congress trooping into the Well of the House in support of their demand.

The Rajya Sabha, which also met at 2.00 p.m., was again adjourned for one hour till 3.00 p.m. amidst uproar over the hike in fuel prices.
