A low intensity earthquake hit Arunachal Pradesh early this morning. <br/><br/>According to the Meteorological Department, the tremor measuring 4.0 on the Richter scale occurred at 2:28 a.m. with its epicentre at 27.8 degrees north Latitude and 92.8 degrees east Longitude. <br/><br/>However, there are no reports of loss of life and property from anywhere in the state. An earthquake measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale had hit Meghalaya capital Shillong Tuesday evening.
