The Government has said that the Parliamentary Standing Committee looking into the Lokpal issue, will submit its recommendations by the end of this month and that a decision will be taken on the matter at the earliest, so as to introduce it during the forthcoming Winter session of Parliament. Addressing a function after inaugurating the water pavilion in the trade fair yesterday, the Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal renewed the government's commitment to bring in a strong Lokpal bill to deal with the menace of corruption effectively.
