The government has agreed to make public the audio recordings of proceedings of the Joint Drafting Committee constituted to draft the Lokpal Bill. The Joint Drafting Committee comprised of five members of Team Anna Hazare and an equal number of Cabinet Ministers.

The department of personnel has provided the recordings to an RTI activist S C Agrawal after charging 450 rupees as additional fee for providing the audio recordings of the deliberations.
