Lokayukta Police in Karnataka has filed another FIR against former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa and his family members in connection with illegal mining.Yeddyurappa, his sons BY Raghavendra and BY Vijendra and son-in-law RN Sohan Kumar and others have been named in the FIR under various sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act.The case relates to alleged donation of 10 crore rupees paid by South West Mining Comapany to a Trust run by Yeddyrappa's family and a transaction of 20 crores in the land sale to a mining firm by them.The first FIR was filed on the 8th of this month, also in a land sale issue.
