A Lokayuktha court in Bangalore today rejected the bail application of former Minister Katta Subramanya Naidu and six others. The court probing the case against Katta, his son Katta Jagadish and others on denotification and sale of Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board land, also asked the authorities to take them under judicial custody. In another development, the Lokayuktha Court also issued summons to former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa and others in another case on denotification of land allegedly to favour his family members. They have been asked to appear in court on the 27th of this month.
