The Lokayukta court on Saturday issued summons to former Karnataka chief minister B S Yeddyurappa in connection with a private complaint filed by a city-based advocate. Summons were also issued to five others, including his two sons.After taking cognisance of the complaint by Sirajin Basha, judge N K Sudhindra Rao adjourned the case to May 24, when they must personally appear in the court.Besides the BJP leader, the other accused are his sons B Y Raghavendra and B Y Vijayendra and son-in-law R N Sohan Kumar, promoters of Adarsh Developers B M Jayashankar and B M Karunesh.The complaint related to illegal allotment of site in HSR Layout, with estimated loss 1.92 crore rupees to the state exchequer.
