Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla urged the agitating members to maintain order in the House saying that he will give ample time for discussion on the issue. But the noisy scenes continued, resulting in the House to be adjourned till 4:30 PM, 5 PM, 7 PM and 9 PM.</span><br />''
