Aam Aadmi Party MP, Bhagwant Mann today appeared before the Lok Sabha Committee in connection with his video episode and gave his explanation. The committee head and BJP MP Kirit Somayia said, Mr. Mann's points were contradictory about the incident and he has been called again on Monday.<br/><br/>Earlier in the day, the MP had denied having violated any security protocol while recording video of the Parliament Complex. In his five-page letter to the panel, Mr Mann, however, said if the committee feels that he has made any mistake, he is ready to tender unconditional apology. The committee has to submit its report to Speaker Sumitra Mahajan by the 3rd of coming month.<br/><br/>The Speaker had set up the panel on Monday, asking Mr Mann not to attend the House till a decision on the matter is taken. Last week, the MP had recorded a video of Parliament complex and uploaded it on social media. The issue had created uproar in both the Houses.
