Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan today welcomed Mrs Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, President of the National Assembly of Vietnam and the members of the Parliamentary delegation from the country to Parliament. The delegation watched the proceedings of the Lok Sabha. <br/><br/>Welcoming the delegation, Ms Mahajan said India-Vietnam relations are characterised by close friendship, cooperation and understanding.
