Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said today that a comprehensive plan has been prepared to further improve the rail facilities in the country.  He said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, unprecedented work is being done to increase rail connectivity under the Gatishakti Yojana.<br />'' <br />'' Mr. Birla was speaking on the occasion of laying the foundation stone of development works at 10 stations of the Kota-Bundi parliamentary constituency including Ramganjmandi in Rajasthan yesterday.<br />''<br />'' Addressing the event at Ramganjmandi he said that India's rail network is one of the largest rail networks in the world.  Crores of passengers travel by train every day.  He said that he prefers to travel by train as it is the cheap, accessible, and comfortable mode of transport in the country.<br />
