Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has expressed concern over the loss of crops due to the unseasonal rain in Rajasthan. Mr Birla said that due to rain and hailstorm, standing crops in the fields have been badly damaged.<br />'' <br />''He said, produce in Bhamasha mandi in Kota is lying in open and getting soaked in rainwater which is causing double whammy on the farmers. He asked to the district and mandi administration to make immediate and adequate arrangements to save the produce.
