The month-long winter session of Parliament will commence on 19th of November. Subject to exigencies of government business, the session, which will have 23 sittings, is likely to conclude on 21st of December, a Lok Sabha Secretariat bulletin said. The decision to convene the session was taken at a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs, chaired by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee.
