Lok Sabha faces repeated adjournments over issue of Rafale aircraft deal and non-allocation of Defence land to T-gana

<span style="color: #222222;">Lok Sabha today faced repeated adjournments over the issue of Rafale aircraft deal and non-allocation of Defence land to Telangana. As soon as the House met after the second adjournment, Congress members trooped into the well-raising slogans against the Government,  forcing Speaker Sumitra Mahajan to adjourn the House till 2 PM. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier, during Zero Hour, Mallikarjun Kharge of Congress raised the issue of the deal alleging irregularities in it. He said the deal was sealed between India and France at a much higher price as compared to the deal during UPA rule. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He demanded that a Joint Parliamentary Committee should be set up to probe the deal which he alleged is a scam of 45 thousand crore rupees. In the meantime, Congress members trooped into the Well, accusing the government of misleading Parliament over the issue and started raising slogans.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">TRS members also came into the Well on the issue of non-allocation of defence land to Telangana government for the construction of New Secretariat building and roads. Earlier, TRS MP Jitendra Reddy said his party is raising the issue with Central government for the last two years but there is a partiality going on over the issue and demanded government's reply. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">As the noisy scenes continued, the Speaker adjourned the House till 1 PM. During Question Hour too, the TRS members raised the issue forcing the adjournment of the House for a brief period.</span><br />''
