Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and leaders from all other political parties in the Loksabha requested Anna Hazare to end his fast. Dr. Manmohan Singh said that Anna Hazare has registered his protest and he should end his fast.Meanwhile, hectic parleys are on to break the logjam over the Social Activist Anna Hazare's fast over the shape of the Lokpal Bill. Four rounds of talks have already been held between Team Anna and the Government. Union Minister of Science and Technology Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh met Anna Hazare to break the impasse. AIR correspondent reports that Anna's close associate Arvind Kejriwal has said that dialogue with the government will continue to arrive at a solution over Lokpal bill issue. He, however, asked all the political parties including BJP to clarify their stands on the tabling of Jan Lokpal bill before the Parliament.The Congress Parliamentary party on Thursday also appealed to Anna Hazare to call off his fast.Anna Hazare continued his fast on the 10th day on Thursday to press for his demand for a strong Lokpal bill. He has written a letter to the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and is believed to have sought some assurances from the government on some issues in the Lokpal Bill.Meanwhile, the health condition of Anna Hazare is stable. Dr. Naresh Trehan, who is monitoring his health, informed this evening that Anna has lost over six kgs. of weight. Talking to reporters following the medical check up, leader of the medical team, Dr. Naresh Trehan said that Anna's vital organs are functioning normal.
