The Lok Sabha was adjourned for the day amidst uproar by Congress and Trinamool Congress members. After its first adjournment, when the House met at noon, they trooped into the well of the House raising slogans in sympathy with farmers. When the din continued, the Speaker adjourned the House till tomorrow.<br/><br/>Earlier, as soon as the House assembled, Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge referred to the plight of farmers. But Speaker Sumitra Mahajan ruled out any discussion on the issue during the Question Hour. Congress and TMC members kept shouting slogans and they again trooped into the well. <br/><br/>The BJP members from Karnataka showed placards demanding protection for honest officers in their State. When the commotion continued, the Speaker adjourned the House for the day. <br/> <br/>Earlier, soon after the House assembled, members paid tributes to the victims of terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir and Afghanistan. They also mourned the loss of lives due to flood in the North-Eastern States and Bangladesh.
