The Lok Sabha was adjourned for the day after paying tribute to a sitting member of the House, Renuka Sinha who died on 17th of August this year and six other former members of the House.<br/><br/>The former members are V.Jeyalakshmi, Arif Baig, P. Kannan, Harsh Vardhan, Jayawanti Mehta and Usha Verma. The House also paid tribute to the former President of Israel Shimon Peres and King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. The House made an obituary reference to social reformer Shastri Narayan Swarup Das.
