Lok Adalats start operations in MPIn Madhya Pradesh, the mega courts 'Lok Adalats' are being organised in all the districts today. AIR Bhopal correspondent reports, the cases are being resolved through compromise in these Lok Adalats.In Bhopal, 67 Benches have been set up to hear the pending cases and notices have been sent to about 60 thousand litigants. More than 80,000 cases are pending in the Bhopal district. These Lok Adalats, working across the state today, are resolving pending cases related to civil, criminal, revenue motor accident claims, public utility services and some other subjects. Power consumers are getting 25 per cent rebate for settling their power dues by clearing all their outstanding dues in one go. The settling of cases through compromise in Lok Adalats helps both the litigants as they could save their time and money
