<span style="color: #222222;">Uttar Pradesh government has decided to further extend the duration of the corona curfew in the state for one week amid a surge in coronavirus cases. The previous curfew was to end tomorrow morning but now it will continue till 17th May. On April 29, the state government had announced that weekend lockdowns will also cover Mondays and on May 3 it was extended till May 6. The curfew was further extended to 10th May.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #333333;">The lockdown has been also extended till 17th of May in Delhi. The Delhi Metro services will also be suspended during this period. Briefing media, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said the lockdown period has been used to boost medical infrastructure and increase oxygen beds at various locations in the national capital. The Chief Minister said the COVID positivity rate has come down from 35 percent to 23 percent in the last few days.</span><br />''
