Lok Janshakti Party(LJP) chief Ram Vilas Paswan has said the issue of alliances with BJP will be decided in a couple of days. Briefing reporters after Party's Parliamentary Board meeting in New Delhi today he said there is a deadlock in alliance with RJD.
He also said that whenever he talked to Congress on the alliance, there was a lack of seriousness and added that both Congress and RJD tried to sideline his party on seat sharing. On third front, the LJP President said there is no such front in the country as main non-Congress, non-BJP parties will not come on one platform.
Earlier, LJP chief's son and party's parliamentary board chairman Chirag Paswan said the board has authorized Ram Vilas Paswan to take a final decision on the issue of alliance.
Quoting party sources our correspondent reports that LJP is all set to have an alliance with BJP in Bihar.
Meanwhile, BJP spokesperson Shahanawaz Hussain told media persons that the central committee of the party is discussing the alliance issue and the decision in this regard would be convoyed at an appropriate time.
