In Uttar Pradesh, five people were killed and three others injured in lightning in Mathura district this afternoon. Two of them lost their lives in Govardhan area while three others in Barsana in Mathura district. <br/> <br/>About 40 people have lost their lives in thunder storm, dust storm and squall in the last few days.<br/> <br/>Thunder showers in different parts of state early morning today especially in eastern and western parts of UP brought immediate respite from heat. Temperature recorded in several eastern and western districts were normal or below normal. <br/>However, Budelkahnd region is still reeling under intense heat condition. Jhansi once again recorded highest 45.8 degree Celsius today.<br/> <br/>According to met department, weather will be partly cloudy in the state and thunder storm, with shower and squall may occurred in different parts of state during next twenty four hours.<br/>
