In Jammu and Kashmir, Leh and Kargil, their surrounding areas and higher reaches in Ladakh area have experienced light to moderate snowfall today. It is the eighth snowfall of this winter season. In Kargil, two inches of snowfall has been experienced since Wednesday night and it is still continuing, while in Leh, it lasted for about an hour.<br/> <br/>Official sources said that the World' highest mortorable road at Khardongla pass connecting Leh city with Nubra valley has been closed for traffic today due to continuing snowfall at Khardongla pass and Turtuk in the valley.<br/>
