A CBI court in Patna today awarded life imprisonment to Rupam Pathak, a private school teacher. He was accused of the killing Purnia BJP MLA Rajkishore Keshari. Pronouncing the judgement Spl court Judge Vasishta Narayan Singh said that the accused had commited a heinous crime.Earlier the court had found Rupam Pathak guilty after the CBI filled a chargesheet against her. Rupam Pathak has been lodged in the Beur Jail in Patna, since March last year.
