Despite the heavy presence of security personnel in Ayodhya and Faizabad, life is normal in both the towns. Besides flag march by para military forces, a huge contingents of CRPF have been deployed in the Ramjanma Bhoomi premises. About 30 companies of PAC and Police have been deployed in urban areas of Faizabad and Ayodhya and 16 companies of PAC have been deployed in rural areas. Security checks have been tightened at all the border areas. The vehicles moving towards Ayodhya are being checked at several barricades. The Police sources told AIR that air surveillance drill will take place tonight also. Bomb disposal squads and anti sabotage teams have been deployed in the town.Meanwhile, local peace committees have once again appealed for communal harmony and asked people to help administration for maintaining law and order in the town.AIR correspondent reports, in Uttar Pradesh a three member special court consisting Justice SU Khan, Justice Sudhir Agrawal and Justice DV Sharma would deliver the judgment in after noon at 3.30 PM at court number 21. Only the contestant parties and their lawyers would be allowed to enter the courtroom where the special bench was to pronounce the verdict. Mobile phones will not be allowed inside the court room. The Allahabad High Court has made a separate arrangement to make available judgement of the court. Security of the three High Court judges had already been beefed up in view of the verdict. A deputy SP rank officer has been made in charge of the judge's security. Security in and around high court premises has been intensified and entry on all roads leading to the court campus is restricted. As a preventive measure, all liquor and firecrackers shops are closed from this evening. Flag march by the security forces are taking place at most of the sensitive areas and prohibitory orders had been issued. Educational institutions will be remaining opened. About 25 districts of the stat including Agra, Allahabad, Aligarh, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Meerut, Varanasi, Faizabad, Mathura and Lucknow have been identified as sensitive and hyper sensitive and special precautions have taken in these districts.Borders with adjoining Nepal and Uttarakhand have been sealed. In twin city Ayodhya and Faizabad about 74 companies of central Para military forces and state police are deployed additionally in urban as well as rural areas. Security forces are conducting flag march continuously in twin cities. Aerial surveillance is also in place in many districts. Over all situation at Ayodhya is peaceful but number of pilgrims visiting Ayodhya has gone down.
