Life is normal in Ayodhya and Faizabad though markets were closed this evening. Superintendent of police of Faizabad told AIR correspondent this evening that there is no untoward incident reported from any where in the district and security forces are on high alert in both the towns to tackle any unlawful acitivity.Voice cast After the Allahabad High Court verdict on the contentious Ayodhya issue, different sections of society have reiterated their stand to respect the judgment and maintain peace and harmony. The situation in Ayodhya remains peaceful as police with the paramilitary forces patrolling the streets. The markets in Faizabad are completely shut and very few people were seen on the streets. Though in Ayodhya people are allowed to go temples but very few are being seen on roads. The peace committees set up by local people and adminstration are also convincing people to maintain communal harmony and to maintain law and order in Ayodhya and Faizabad.
