In Himachal Pradesh, life is limping back to normal, however vehicular traffic remains disrupted at many areas and water and power supply in some areas continues to be erratic.Traffic to upper parts of Shimla district could not be restored on account of heavy snowfall at several places. Many HRTC buses still remained stranded in various parts of the district due to slippery road conditions and heavy snowfall. A high level meeting was called by the chief secretary of the state yesterday and authorities have been directed to ensure restoration of essential services.Meanwhile, a large number of tourists are still reaching Shimla, Manali and Dharamshala to enjoy snow.
