AIR correspondent reports that the commencement of MGNREGA work in rural areas has brought tremendous relief to the people and they are getting financial support too. More than 17 lakh people of the state are getting Job in MGNREGA works and it is to reach up to 30 lakh in the coming days. This number was only 62 thousand as of April 17 due to the lockdown. Around 36 crore rupees are being spent every day on workers getting Jobs in MNREGA works. Commissioner MGNERGA P C Kishan told that especially water conservation works and works of personal benefit are being carried out to ensure social distancing.<br />'' <br />''Wearing mask is mandatory for MNREGA workers at the workplace.
