LIC will decide on the cancellation of examination for the post of Assistant Administrative Officer after the police investigations on question paper leaks are over. A spokesman of the Corporation said that the LIC had outsourced the conduct of examination to a state owned company Educational Consultants India Limited (EDCIL). He added that the Corporation has sought a detailed report from the EDCIL and asked its vigilance wing to seize all papers soon after the examination is over.As reported the question paper of an all-India examination for the post of Assistant Administrative was leaked today in Delhi ahead of the test. Deputy Commissioner of Police Ashok chand told our correspondent that the leak was detected after police arrested a youth who allegedly sold the papers for five lakh rupees each. He said, later police made four more arrests. AIR correspondent adds that the test was conducted in two sessions in 160 centres across the country. 1.65 lakh candidates appeared in the test. In Delhi, there are 16 centres.
