Libya has welcomed the African Union's call for its members not to cooperate with the arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court against Col. Gaddafi. African leaders meeting in Equatorial Guinea said the warrant complicated their efforts to find political solution to the conflict in Libya. Libyan government spokesman Moussa Ibrahim praised their decision.
