Libya's acting Prime Minister says the government has regained control of two rebel-held oil terminals ending a crisis that crippled the country's petroleum industry. Abdullah al-Thani said the authorities have reached a deal with rebel fighters, who seized the eastern ports of Ras Lanuf and Al-Sidra, a year ago to demand more regional autonomy. The rebel leader, who was also at the press conference, confirmed the deal.
