Libyan Prime Minister Al-Baghdadi al-Mahmudi has said the Government has been in talks with the rebel fighters but this has been denied by the rebels. He also accused the NATO forces of crimes against humanity in their attacks on Libya. Libyan rebels earlier said that 10 civilians had been killed and 40 wounded in a rocket attack by Col Gaddafi's forces on Misrata.
