Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh RK Mathur has appealed to the public representatives and the administration of Union Territory to follow the path shown by leaders who sacrificed their lives for the overall development of the region.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Mathur was speaking at a meeting organized on the 21st death anniversary of Late Sonam Wangyal on Sunday.
