In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha flagged off a Cycle Rally of Central Reserve Police Force personnel from Jammu to Raj Ghat, New Delhi as part of the ongoing Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations.
