<span style="color: #222222;">In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor G C Murmu has extended his heartiest greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir especially the Kashmiri Pandit community, on the eve of Kheer Bhawani Mela of &quot;Ragyna Bhagwati&quot; being organised today. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Hawan and other religious functions which were scheduled to be organised at Tulmulla village in Ganderbal district of Kashmir valley today were cancelled in the wake of prevailing unprecedented situation. He said that this festival symbolizes harmonised cultural ethos of J&amp;K &amp; is reflective of its glorious pluralistic values.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The mela was cancelled by Dharmarth Trust of Jammu and Kashmir due to the prevailing unprecedented circumstances.&nbsp; The J&amp;K administration has asked the Kashmiri Pandit Community not to gather in Tulmulla village and instead perform the &quot;Puja Archana&quot; at their homes.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Similar functions were also scheduled to be organised at the Kheer Bhawani shrines at Bhawani Nagar in Janipura area of Jammu and in Jagti Nagrota. However, the priests and few devotees carried out the necessary rituals with due adherence to social distancing norms.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
