Governor Admiral D K Joshi hoisted the National Flag at Netaji Stadium in Port Blair today.<br />'' <br />'' As part of celebrations under Swarnim Vijay Varsh the Victory Flame is being taken to various islands of Andaman and Nicobar.<br />'' <br />'' The Flame was placed at Netaji Stadium in Port Blair.<br />
