<span style="color: #333333;">On the last day of lockdown-2, the Leh district has recorded sudden jump of 19 new Covid-19 active positive cases. Total of 16 new cases are from containment zone of Chuchot Yokma, a health worker in Zangsti and another positive case through Aarogya Setu App are found in Leh town. Leh Deputy Commissioner Sachin Kumar said sudden spike in cases forced the administration to declare the District as Red Zone and withdrawal of all relaxations announced for Orange Zone earlier, for strict implementation of lockdown.<br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports, in a gap of two days, entire Ladakh Union Territory fell in Red Zone with a spike of 19 cases in Leh and Kargil district. With an active positive case of Iran returnee in Kargil followed by a huge jump in number of cases in Leh, now UT Ladakh has total of 24 active positive Covid-19 cases. Leh Deputy Commissioner Sachin Kumar said,<br />'' <br />'' The UT administration is reviewing the latest situation of covid-19 management in Ladakh. The Administration is working on warfooting to start the Covid-19 testing lab and awaiting for arrival of freshly approved rapid test kits as the NCDC has stopped taking samples from the new Union Territory.<br />'' <br />'' In the meantime, the administration has decided for strict implementation of lockdown.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
