In Leh, rescuers pulled out more bodies from under the mud and slush raising the death toll in the cloud burst ravaged district to 173.The relief and rescue operations are on in the affected areas.A senior Northern Command officer told PTI that the Police and civil authorities dug out the bodies from the worst-hit Choglamsar belt yesterday.
