Vice President Hamid Ansari has said legislative bodies should discuss, debate and make decisions rather than disrupting their functioning. <br/><br/>While talking to newspersons accompanying him on his tour to Brunei, he said a solution to frequent disruptions in the Houses of Parliament does not lie in giving the Chair more policing powers but in developing an attitude among all sections in the Houses that will prefer debates.<br/><br/>Mr Ansari said, the Act East policy of India is a concerted one developed over time very carefully and it has more depth and content now. He also expressed his deep satisfaction with the extent of cooperation from Thailand on counter-terror measures.
