Home Minister Rajnath Singh has said government has strengthened legal and institutional infrastructure to deal with crimes against women. In a series of tweets, Mr Singh said the Ministry has also initiated the process for setting up the Nationwide Emergency Response System and having 112 as the emergency number. He said the nation is committed to empower women and work towards making a safer environment for them in the society.
