Legal committee on Bhopal gas tragedy verdict submits its interim report

<br/>In Madhya Pradesh, a legal committee constituted on gas tragedy verdict by chief minister Shivraj Singh has submitted its interim report to the state government. AIR Bhopal correspondent reports that the he state government has accepted the 11 point recommendations made by the committee. <br/> <br/>Parliamentary affairs and law minister Narottam Mishra said that the state government will appeal in sessions court against CJM courts 7th June verdict. <br/> <br/>It would also file a curative petition against the Supreme Court judgement of 1996 wherein the charges against the accused were diluted to section 302 A from section 304 II of IPC and would request the central government and the CBI to do so.<br/> <br/>The state government will also request the central government and CBI to form a joint task force for bringing Warren Anderson and other absconding accused to justice and will constitute a fact finding body to probe into the events that lead to escape of Warren <br/>
