Left parties have attacked Centre for imposing President's Rule in Uttarakhand, which was quashed by the High court today. In a tweet, CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury termed the verdict as what he called a slap to the subverters of the Constitution. <br/><br/>He said the anti-constitutional juggernaut of central government has been halted in its tracks by the judiciary in Uttarakhand. CPI leader D Raja said the verdict is a huge embarrassment for the NDA government. He alleged that the decision exposes BJP's attitude of undermining the Constitution. <br/><br/>Earlier, the Uttarakhand High Court quashed the imposition of President' Rule in the state and revived the Congress government headed by Harish Rawat.
