Opposition parties such as Left, JD(U) and NCP have expressed their unwillingness to attend a meeting called by Congress President Sonia Gandhi today. There was no immediate word from SP and BSP on the meeting.<br/><br/>The Congress has called the meeting to evolve a joint strategy to take on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the wake of note ban. <br/><br/>The parties, barring TMC, appeared peeved with Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's decision to meet Mr Modi in Parliament without consulting them.<br/><br/>CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury said, they have decided to stay away from the meeting and press conference because there has been no proper consultation and coordination among parties.
